Check out this video of David and his friend Andrew running over the Bike Teeter Totter! It's a scrappy looking thing, and was built for the cost of the nails that hold it together because the wood came from old pallets. The board is weighted heavier at one end so it will drop, and the edge of the board has been trimmed to a 45-degree angle to allow the bike to climb easier.
