Time gets past us so quickly. It's astounding to me that this photo was taken in 1991. Before Grunge hit the mainstream. Before widespread use of the Internet or Email. Before Blackberrys. Before Sherry or I ever picked up cellphones. Before my truck was made. Before Jack and David were even gleams in anyone's eyes. To some people walking this Earth that's ancient history. To Sherry and I it was mere months to our 2nd Anniversary.The picture was taken by my good friend Tracy Caddell while we were on a motorcycle ride, from the top of Steptoe Butte in Whitman County. The terrain behind us is The Palouse, some of the richest dry wheat country in the US. At night this scene is even more spectacular when the stars are out!
Here we are 17 years later at Pacific Beach WA!
